Terms of service

These terms are between you and Reprime Group (“we”, “us”), which operates Backslate at backslate.io. By signing in or using Backslate you agree to them.

The service

Backslate is a connector that gives your Claude access to sports-betting data and math: odds and prices collected from sportsbooks, line movement, injury reports, team and player history, player projections from a third-party data provider, and calculators (vig-free prices, parlays, round robins, stake sizing). We are not a sportsbook. We do not take bets, hold funds, or place wagers for anyone, and Backslate never picks bets for you.

Information only, no guarantees

Everything Backslate returns is information, not betting, financial, legal, or other advice. Prices are snapshots that may have changed by the time you see them; check the price with the sportsbook before you bet. Projections come from a third party and are shown for comparison, not as predictions we stand behind. Histories describe the past, often from small samples. We do not guarantee that any data is accurate, complete, or current, or that anything will win or make money. You alone decide whether to bet and are responsible for every bet you place.

Who may use it

You must be at least 21 years old, and you may use Backslate only where sports betting and sports-betting information are legal for you. You are responsible for following the laws where you are. If gambling stops being fun, see Responsible gambling.

Membership and billing

• Backslate is a paid membership sold and billed by Whop. New members start with a paid trial; Whop allows one trial per person, so returning members rejoin without one.
• The price, and any tax or currency conversion, is shown on Whop’s secure checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed by Whop. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Whop account; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Charges already made are not refunded except where the law requires it or Whop’s policies provide for it.

Your connector URL

Your connector URL is private to you and works like a password. Do not share, publish, or resell it, or use it to bulk-download data. We may rotate or revoke a URL, limit unusual volumes of requests, and suspend or end a membership that is shared, resold, or abused.

Other companies

Claude is a product of Anthropic. Backslate is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, Whop, or any sportsbook or league. Their names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe what Backslate works with.

Liability

Backslate is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including betting losses or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before it.

Changes and contact
